Pay your bill in seconds or schedule automatic deductions and never worry about missed or late payments.

Simply manage your credit card activity with Card Management. Access a digital version of your physical card and add it to your Digital Wallet, set up card alerts and controls to help protect against fraud, report your card lost or stolen, and more.

It's easy to make payments and transfers from your Tower accounts to your Tower credit card. Set up one-time or recurring payments with just a few taps and clicks in secure online banking or our App. You can also sign up for the Mastercard Automatic Payment Plan. Payments may take up to three days to post to your credit card account balance.

Tower Mastercard credit cards are contactless for faster, more secure checkouts at millions of places worldwide. Look for the contactless symbol on the store's checkout terminal. When prompted, tap your card on the contactless checkout terminal. Get the beep, green light or checkmark and go—it's that easy. If you happen to shop at a merchant that does not accept contactless payments, just insert or swipe your chip card as usual. Enroll your card in your mobile device's Digital Wallet for a fast and secure way to make purchases online or in stores.

If you plan to use your credit card for cash advances at an ATM, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be required. A PIN may also be required when using your card outside the U.S. As a safety precaution, a PIN will not be automatically generated. To set up or change a PIN, call 888-891-2435.

You don't have to worry about unauthorized purchases, because your Tower credit card includes Mastercard's Zero Liability Protection.

Tower monitors your card activity 24 hours a day. If we notice any suspicious activity, we'll need a way to contact you to confirm if the activity is authorized. Be sure that your account information is up to date.

Tower has implemented a new feature called Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) for all debit and credit cards.

Mastercard ABU can help reduce the chance of declined transactions, missed payments, late fees, or disrupted services due to outdated card information.

How does ABU work?

1. You authorize a merchant to use your Mastercard debit or credit card for recurring payments. Types of recurring payments may include phone, cable, gym memberships, magazine subscriptions, utilities, and more.
2. Your card expires and you receive a new debit or credit card from Tower with an updated expiration date.
3. Mastercard automatically shares your new card expiration information with merchants you use who participate in the program.

Are all of my payments automatically updated?

No. Not all merchants participate in Mastercard ABU and the frequency at which they validate payment information varies.

As the cardholder, you still bear the primary responsibility for updating your card information for any recurring payments. To avoid late payments and penalties, you must check with your merchant to ensure your card information (card number, expiration date, CVV code, etc.) has been updated and is accurate.

Does Tower have a list of participating merchants?

Tower does not maintain a list of participating merchants, as the list changes frequently and is too large to manage on an ongoing basis. Contact merchants directly to ensure that they have your correct card information for any recurring payments.

Can I decline the ABU service?

Yes, however, you would lose the benefits of ABU.

If you wish to opt out of Mastercard ABU, you may do so by completing the Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater Opt-Out Form; stop in to a Tower branch; call the Member Service Center; or send a secure email in Digital Banking using Email Manager.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

If your Tower debit or credit card is lost or stolen, once you receive and activate your new card, you will need to contact any merchants with whom you have recurring payments to ensure that they have your new card information and expiration date.

Who can opt out of the ABU service?

For both debit and credit cards, the primary cardholder must opt out. Once the primary cardholder opts out of ABU, all cards under his or her account will be opted out.
