We are proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the eighth year in a row—and the recognition comes straight from our employees! This year, 88% of our team said Tower is a great place to work, compared with 57% at the average U.S. company.
The Great Place to Work credential is based on extensive ratings provided by our employee team who participated in anonymous voluntary surveys about the credit union's initiatives, leadership, and overall direction.
Employees highlighted our welcoming atmosphere, supportive culture, positive workplace environment, and access to the resources and training needed to succeed in their jobs as some of the key reasons for their high ratings. Many also cited our community impact, especially through the TowerCares Foundation, which supports military service members, Veterans, and children in need.
