Use Tower’s E-mail Manager to send us a secure email. It’s a fast, secure way to communicate with us!

General Inquiries

This is a secure general e-mail option for Tower members and non-members for basic inquiries only.

Login to E-mail Manager to send your message. First time users will need to register first to create an e-mail account. When Tower’s response to your e-mail is ready, you’ll receive an e-mail response with the inquiry number. To retrieve your detailed reply, simply login to E-mail Manager again.

Account-Related Inquiries

For specific account-related questions, please use E-mail Manager from within Home Banking. This will allow you to securely send and receive account related information such as account numbers and personal information.

Just log into Home Banking and click “Support.” When you get a response, simply log back on and retrieve your detailed reply.
