Speed Up Your Tax Refund with Direct Deposit

Get your money faster and help protect against fraud when you direct deposit your tax refund to your Tower account. It's easy, safe, and free. Plus, you don't have to worry about your refund check getting lost or stolen in the mail, or even worse, ending up in the hands of scammers.

Setting up your direct deposit is easy.

Fill in Tower's routing number—255077370—in the appropriate section on your state and federal tax returns.

Check the box designating the account to receive your tax refund direct deposit (checking or savings.)

List your Tower account number. Your account number can be found on your monthly member statement and also in Digital Banking.

Split your refund and save

You can split your federal tax refund between your Tower Prime Share savings account and your Tower checking account. Spend some now and save the rest. Simply fill out IRS Form 8888, Allocation of Refund (available at irs.gov), and include with your federal tax return. This option is not available for most state tax refunds.

Both seminars will take place at our Laurel Headquarters (in the café), located at 7901 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel, Md. 20707. Light refreshments will be served.

All seminar attendees will receive a certificate for $200 off closing costs with a Tower mortgage loan plus a certificate for $100 off title fees when you use Tower Title Services.**

Free Shred Event at Laurel Branch on May 4

Get rid of your sensitive documents securely at Tower's Shred Day on Saturday, May 4. The free event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the parking lot of Tower's Laurel Headquarters Building.

Our shred days are fun for the whole family, while helping our members prevent fraud. There is a limit of five boxes of documents per car. While you're there, enjoy free refreshments, games and prizes.

You'll also have the opportunity to chat with representatives from the Tower Car Buying Service, Tower Wealth Management^® and our Real Estate Rewards program.
