Secure, round-the-clock Bill Payment allows you to manage, track and take control of all your bill paying from home, work or anywhere you have Internet access. It’s safer and quicker than writing checks. Bill payment is FREE when you make three or more payments each month and only $2.95 for any month that you pay less than three bills.

- Schedule one-time or recurring payments.
- Send checks to family and friends quickly.
- View and print transaction histories or pending payments anytime.
- Set up bill reminders to help you track when bills are due.

To use Bill Payment, you must have a Tower checking account and be enrolled in Home Banking.
You can order your Tower checks and check the status of recent check orders through Home Banking.
- Login to Home Banking
- Click on Additional Services, then Check Orders. Select the account for which you would like to order checks.
- Choose Order Checks and go through each step to select the options for your order. Your personal information such as name, phone number, address, and current check number will be pre-filled.
- Once you have confirmed your check information, go to Checkout to process your order.
After your order is completed, you can return to Home Banking to see when your order was shipped and other check order details. Your checks should arrive within 10 business days.

If you are a current Tower Talk 24 user and know your PIN, you can login to Home Banking with your member number and numeric Tower Talk 24 PIN as your password.
Not a Tower Talk 24 user? Complete a Home Banking/Tower Talk 24 application and return it by mail or fax. The application must contain the signature of the primary member on your Tower account. When service has been set up, you’ll receive notice of your Home Banking PIN by letter or e-mail. For members under age 18, the PIN notification letter will be mailed to the adult joint owner.
