Why is Tower changing its logo?
For 70 years, Tower has cared for our members by helping them build a stronger financial future. As we move forward, we are renewing our commitment to you.

While our products, technology, and membership have evolved over the years, our brand has stayed mostly the same. We are introducing a bold new look that honors our legacy while looking to the future. Our new brand is a symbol of strength, protection and trust for our members today and tomorrow.

What is changing?
We’re reimagining the way we tell our story with a refreshed brand identity, including an all new modern logo and brighter colors. These changes will be rolling out over the coming months.

Where will I see this new brand?
Starting soon, you’ll begin to see our new logo and branding in our branches, digital channels and member communications.

What will NOT change?
Although we are updating our look and feel, we will never change our commitment to putting you and your financial well-being at the center of everything we do.

We will continue to provide our members with smarter products and services, better rates and rewards, trusted security and superior member service.

Is Tower changing its membership focus?
Not at all! Though we may look a little different, our commitment to putting you first is stronger than ever.

Tower has a proud history of serving the DoD community and their families, and we will continue to provide financial solutions and guidance to our 220,000 members while ensuring we continue to grow stronger in the future.

Is the new brand going to affect my Tower accounts/products/services?
The new brand should not impact your day-to-day banking relationship with Tower. As we move forward together, you can expect even greater value, smarter technology and innovative solutions to better serve your financial needs.

Above all else, we will continue to deliver a high level of personal service and guidance to help you navigate today and what’s next.

Will I receive new checks or Tower cards with the updated logo?
You will receive a new design when your card or checks are renewed or replaced. Your current Tower checks and cards with the retired logo will continue to work as usual.
