Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR THE BALTIMORE ORIOLES.
SPONSOR:
This contest is sponsored by Tower Federal Credit Union ("Sponsor"), with its headquarters at 7901 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel, Maryland 20707.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
2. CONTEST PERIOD:
Begins at 12:00 AM EST on July 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 25, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period, post one (1) comment on the Sponsor's Instagram post dated July 15, 2025, stating your favorite Baltimore Orioles player and follow
@towerfcu. Limit one (1) entry per Instagram account. Any attempt to submit more than the stated limit may void all of that entrant's entries.
4. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by 12:00 PM CT on July 28, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
5. PRIZE:
One (1) Orioles-themed Tower Federal Credit Union Gift Basket (approximate retail value: $200). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Sponsor will notify the potential winner via Instagram direct message on or about July 29, 2025. The winner must reply within three (3) business days and provide full mailing details. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, Instagram handle, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any computer or technical malfunctions. By participating, entrants waive and release Sponsor and Instagram from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
