THE OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility:
No Purchase Necessary. There is no requirement that you become a member of Tower Federal Credit Union (“Tower”), purchase any goods or services, pay any money or submit to any sales promotion to be eligible to participate in the Tower "Super Savers Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes"), and none of the above will increase the odds of winning. The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who: (1) are legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (2) are 18 years of age or older at the time of each drawing. Officers, directors, and employees of Tower and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons residing in their households are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to win a Prize. The Sweepstakes is void in Arizona, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

The Prizes and Entry Procedures:
Only one entry per person per Prize drawing is permitted. There are automatic entry procedures for each of the Prizes in the Sweepstakes. These procedures are described below under each Prize. You also may enter the drawing for the Grand, Quarterly or Monthly Prizes by mailing a 3x5 card with your name, address, age, telephone number and the name of the Prize (e.g., “April 2009 Monthly Prize” or “Third Quarter 2009 Prize”) in a number 10 envelope to our mailing address. All entries must be original entries, and no mechanical reproductions of entries are permitted. Tower assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail entries. All entries submitted by mail become the property of Tower and will not be returned. All entries submitted have an equal chance of winning the Prizes.

The odds of winning each of the Prizes will be determined by the number of entries received for that Prize drawing.

9 Monthly Prizes
During each calendar month from April 2009 through December 2009, 1 First Prize of $500, 1 Second Prize of $250, 1 Third Prize of $100, 5 Fourth Prizes of $50 each, and 10 Fifth Prizes of $25 each will be awarded.

You will be entered automatically into each 2009 Monthly Prize Drawing if, at any time between 12:01 a.m. on the first day and 11:59 p.m. on the last day of that calendar month, you increase the account balance in your Tower Club Account (account number suffix of 11 to 24) by $25 minimum (excluding IRA Club Accounts).

All mailed entries must be postmarked beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of the month for which the Prize will be awarded, and must be received by Tower by the fifth business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of the following month (e.g., May 7, 2009 for April 2009 mailed entries).

Each Monthly Prize Drawing will held on or about the second Tuesday of the month following the month for which the Monthly Prizes are awarded (e.g., May 12, 2009 for April 2009 Monthly).

3 Quarterly Prizes
During the second, third and fourth quarters of 2009, 1 First Prize of $2,500, 1 Second Prize of $1,000, 1 Third Prize of $500, 5 Fourth Prizes of $100 each, 15 Fifth Prizes of $50 each, and 20 Sixth Prizes of $25 each will be awarded.

You will be entered automatically into each Quarterly Prize Drawing if, at any time between 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the last month of that quarter (e.g., June 2009 of Second Quarter 2009) and 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the last month of that quarter (e.g, June 2009 of Second Quarter 2009), you receive a direct deposit of $100 minimum to your Tower Prime Share, Regular Checking or Request Checking Account.

All mailed entries must be postmarked beginning with the first day of the last month of the quarter for which the Quarterly Prizes are awarded and ending with the last day of the last month of the quarter for which the Quarterly Prizes are awarded, and must be received by Tower by the fifth business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of the month following the quarter for which the Quarterly Prizes are awarded (e.g., July 7, 2009 for Second Quarter 2009 mailed entries).

Each Quarterly Prize Drawing will occur on or about the second Tuesday of the month following the quarter for which the Quarterly Prizes are awarded (e.g., July 14, 2009 for Second Quarter 2009).

Grand Prize
1 Grand Prize of $10,000, 1 First Prize of $2,500, 3 Second Prizes of $1,000 each, 5 Third Prizes of $500 each, 11 Fourth Prizes of $100 each, and 30 Fifth Prizes of $50 each will be awarded.

You will be entered automatically into the Grand Prize Drawing when you at any time between 12:01 a.m. on December 1, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2009: (1) receive a direct deposit of $100 minimum to your Tower Prime Share, Regular Checking or Request Checking Account; or (2) increase the account balance in your Tower Club Account (account number suffix of 11 to 24) by $25 minimum (excluding IRA Club Accounts).

All mailed entries must be postmarked beginning December 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009 and must be received by Tower by January 8, 2010.

The Grand Prize drawing will be held on or about January 12, 2010.

Selection and Notification of Winners:
The Winners will be selected by random drawings from all fully-completed and timely-submitted entries. The drawings will be conducted by a judge or judges designated by Tower. You need not be present at the drawings to win.

Each Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. If such an affidavit is required, a failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the Winner's entry and, in our discretion, no prize award or the random selection of an alternate Winner. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to accept the decision of the judges as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prize winners will be notified by mail sent to the address listed in Tower's records within 5 business days following each Prize drawing. Each Winner who submitted a mail-in entry will receive the notification at the address that was printed on the 3 x 5 card used to enter.

Tower is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of incorrect mailing addresses or misdirected mail. If Tower, after reasonable effort, is unable to contact a Winner within 10 business days from the first notification attempt, that Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected. Any notification or Prize returned as "undeliverable" will result in the disqualification of the Winner.

Winner Lists:
You may obtain a list of the Winners of the Prizes by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to our mailing address. The lists of Winners will be available as follows:

• For the Grand Prize, on or after February 4, 2010;
• For each of the 9 Monthly Prizes, on or after the last business day of the month following the month in which the prize was awarded (e.g., on or after May 29, 2009 for April 2009 Monthly); and
• For each of the 3 Quarterly Prizes, on or after the last business day of the month following the quarter in which the prize was awarded (e.g., on or after July 31, 2009 for Second Quarterly).

Taxes:
Each Winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the Prize and may be required, as a condition of receiving a Prize, to provide Tower with his or her social security number so that appropriate reports may be filed with the appropriate taxing authorities.

Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that Tower and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability whatsoever to the entrant or others for injuries, losses or damages of any kind or nature arising out of or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or enjoyment of any Prize, including, but not limited to, any travel-related injuries or damages.

Tower is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries or for the theft, destruction or unauthorized alterations of entries or entry materials. Tower reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. Tower reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant, including a Winner, who does not comply with these Official Rules.

Tower also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant, including a Winner, who does or attempts to (1) enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (2) undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or otherwise tamper with the Sweepstakes in any manner. If either of the above occurs, Tower reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from an entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in criminal or civil liability.

Consent to Publicity and Release:
By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the release of your name on the Winners List in the event that you win a Prize without further compensation, unless such use is prohibited by applicable law. You agree to release and hold harmless Tower, its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from any publication of any List of Winners.

Questions concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes will be resolved by the Board of Directors of Tower or their designee, and any such resolution will be final.
