E-mail Manager  

E-mail Manager allows you to send and receive secure e-mails relating to your account through one location. If you are a Home Banking user, follow the instructions below to send and receive secure, authenticated e-mails for specific account-related questions and transactions between you and Tower.

If you are not a Home Banking user, you may still e-mail us with general questions or Search FAQs. To register for sending and receiving secure e-mails, follow the instructions below. Or complete a Home Banking/Tower Talk 24 application online.

If you are a current Tower Talk 24 or Home Banking user:
  • Login to Home Banking.
  • Click on E-mail Manager to send secure e-mails to Tower and receive detailed replies regarding your account. Each e-mail you send is given a unique inquiry number that you can refer to at any time.
  • When Tower's response to your e-mail is ready, you'll receive an e-mail notice with the inquiry number. Login to Home Banking to retrieve your detailed reply.
If you are not a Tower Talk 24 or Home Banking user:
  • Click here to Login to E-mail Manager. First time users will need to register first to create an e-mail account.
  • When Tower's response to your e-mail is ready, you'll receive an e-mail response with the inquiry number. Login here to retrieve your detailed reply.
