Scheduled and Recurring Transfers
Now you have the flexibility to set up
your own automatic online transfers among your Tower accounts. Plan
a one-time transfer or recurring transfers on the dates that will
be to your benefit. You can make transfers within the same account
number or to any Tower account on your Cross Member Transfer list,
excluding MasterCard®. Just go to the Account Access
page in Home Banking and click on Scheduled Transfers. Fill in the
information, such as date, amount, frequency, and the accounts involved.
You can see the list of transfers you have set up and edit your
choices. Then click Save Transfer to authorize. If you currently
have automatic transfers set up to make deposits or loan payments,
contact the Member Service Center at 301-497-7000
or 800-787-8328 to make a change.
Reminders by e-mail
The Notifications feature allows an automatic
trigger that sends you an e-mail reminder about your accounts. You
set up when you are to receive the e-mail and the wording of the
message. Examples where e-mails may be useful are: when your share
certificate maturity date is near, the balance in an account goes
below or above a certain amount, or a particular check has cleared.
From Account Access in Home Banking, click on Notify. Just fill
in your information, including the accounts, the date you want to
receive the e-mail, and the wording of your message.
