Summary of Position:
Assists members with the completion of applications and service
requests in order to provide efficient service to Tower members.
Provides accurate information and direction concerning Tower's
loan products and services in order to provide efficient
service to Tower members. Maintain accurate information regarding
members' account to protect the assets of Tower and its members.
Education & Experience:
- High School graduate or GED.
- One year experience with financial institution desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and
divide.
- Ability to reconcile and balance transaction
records (knowledge of ATM balancing).
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (Word and
Excel) or equivalent products.
- Ability to operate a 10-key adding machine and typewriter.

Summary of
Position:
- Serve as team leader with the Floaters to help provide a trained, motivated, professional team capable of cross selling appropriate credit union products and services which meet the needs of the member.
- Collaborates with Branch Operations Supervisor on performance management, performance appraisal completion, and development planning for the Floaters.
- In absence of the Branch Operations Supervisor, supports in the scheduling of the Floaters to provide optimal branch coverage .
- As a business necessity, will act as an interim Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, which includes coordinating and overseeing the daily work of the Branch.
- Helps to ensure quality control within the Branch/MSC to be in compliance with Tower’s policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors plus 3 years relevant customer service/sales experience or 5 years directly related experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Member Service Representative (or equivalent if hired externally).
