Paid Annual Leave

Travel Accident (Full and Part Time)
Benefit coverage while traveling 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, whether or not you are on official Tower business.

Life Insurance (Full and Part Time)
Benefit equal to 1.5 times your annual salary paid to your beneficiary in the event of your death.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (Full and Part Time)
Benefit equal to 1.5 times your annual salary paid to you or your beneficiary in the event of your death or dismemberment.

Short-Term Disability (Full and Part Time)
Provides salary protection equal to 66 2/3% of weekly salary if you become disabled and are unable to work. Accrued leave or LWOP must be taken for the 1st 14 days.

Long-Term Disability (Full Time)
Provides salary protection equal to 66 2/3% of weekly salary if you become disabled and are unable to work.

Education Assistance (Full and Part Time)
UNDERGRADUATE (Classes taken at an accredited institution relating to your current job or part of a degree program relating to Tower business)
GRADUATE (Classes taken related to your current job, reimbursement will be taxed)

Employee Assistance Programs (All Employees and immediate family members in household)
Provides 6 free, confidential and professional sessions per year. All contacts with EAP are held in the strictest confidence with APS.

Pension Plan (Full, Part and Peak Time)
Monthly benefit based on earnings history and years of service once you retire.

401(K) Savings Plan (Full, Part and Peak Time)
Defer up to 50% gross pay, 5-year vesting on matching funds. Tower will begin matching 50% up to the first 6% of your contribution the first of the month following 1 year of service and 1000 hours worked.

Health Insurance (Full and Part-time)
You may select one of the following health insurance benefits under a salary reduction agreement on a pre-tax basis: United HealthCare Choice Plus (EPO) or United HealthCare Choice Plus (PPO).

Retiree Health Insurance (Full and Part-time)
This retiree benefit provides extended access to Tower’s group health insurance for those qualified retirees who elect COBRA continuation coverage. Retirees and eligible dependents may enroll in United HealthCare Choice Plus (EPO) or United HealthCare Choice Plus (PPO) benefit program.

Dental Insurance (Full and Part-time)
Coverage levels are as follows: 100% for preventive & diagnostics services, 100% for basic services, 60% major services and 50% for dependent orthodontia. Preventive & diagnostics services are not subject to a deductible.

Vision Insurance (Full and Part-time)
A vision program that entitles employees to one eye exam every 12 months, a maximum allowance depending on lenses (contact or spectacle) every 12 months, and changing frames every 24 months.

Pre-Paid Legal (Full, Part and Peak Time)
A wide variety of legal services including general advice and consultations at a pre-determined monthly fee.

Voluntary AD&D (Full Time)
Additional accidental death and dismemberment insurance for employees and dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts (Full, Part and Peak Time)
Health Care FSA is designed to help you pay for health care expenses that are not 100% covered or are ineligible for payment under our health care plan. Dependent Care FSA is designed to help you pay for childcare services or care of a disabled spouse or dependent at a licensed facility. The maximum pre-tax amount that you can elect is $5,000.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Subsidy (Full, Part and Peak Time)
Tower provides a $375 subsidy for employees that enroll in the dependent care account.

Supplemental Life Insurance (Full and Part Time)
You can purchase additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and children.

Long Term Care Referral Service (All Employees)
Tower Financial Service, LLC offers through external providers Long Term Care for persons with chronic diseases or disabilities.

529 College Savings Plan Referral Service (All Employees)
Tower Financial Service, LLC offers through external providers a savings plan operated by a state or educational institution designed to help families set aside funds for future college costs.
