Tower Talk 24

Whether you're at home, at work, or away on travel, you can access your Tower accounts any time, day or night, via a touch-tone telephone. Call Tower Talk 24 by dialing 301-498-TT24 or 800-787-TT24.

Here's a sample of what you can do with Tower Talk 24.

Confirm account balances.
Verify deposits, withdrawals, and cleared checks.
Transfer funds among your accounts and to other Tower members.
Estimate a loan payment.
Inquire on current rates.
Make loan payments.
Request a share withdrawal for yourself.
Stop payment on a series of checks.
Track the number of electronic funds transfers (Reg-D) from non-transaction accounts (Prime Share, Clubs and Money Market) so you don't go over your federal limit of six per month.
Check Tower MasterCard^® balances and make payments.
Access Tower branch hours and locations.

NEW! Important things to know when you use the enhanced system:

The Tower Talk 24 phone numbers 301-498-TT24 and 800-787-TT24 will remain the same. When you call into Tower Talk 24, please listen carefully to all prompts as the menu has changed.

The * key repeats your choices, and the # key returns you to the previous menu.

After selecting the type of account (Checking, Savings, etc.), you can enter the suffix right away or wait for a list of all available suffixes. You will enter a suffix every time, even if you have only one in that category.

Home Equity loans are located under the Mortgage menu.

Boat loans are located under the Vehicle loan menu.

After listening to information about one of your sub-accounts, use option #4 (Select Another Account) to access information on a different sub-account.

Use the * as a decimal point when transferring funds.

To end the call, simply hang up. You do not need to hit the # key.

All Tower Talk 24 transactions made between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday will be posted to your account that day. Transactions made after these times will be posted the next business day.
