Easy Set Up
When you sign up for Bill Payment, you set up a list of billers to be paid whenever it’s convenient for you. Each month, you login and make payments in the amounts you choose, to the payees you select, with the payment dates you prefer. Or, you can set up recurring payments to be sent automatically each month, like a car or mortgage payment—no more late payments when you’re away on vacation.

How to Sign Up for Bill Payment
To get started with Bill Payment, open a Tower checking account first. Then, enroll in Home Banking. All bill payments and any fees are debited from your Regular Checking or Request Checking.

      Do you use Tower Talk 24? Go directly to Home Banking to login using your
       current Tower Talk 24 numeric PIN and click Payment Manager to register.
      Not using Tower Talk 24? Complete a Home Banking/Tower Talk 24 application
       online. You will receive a letter of welcome with instructions on how to access
       Home Banking. If you prefer, visit a branch or request a Tower Talk 24
       application by calling the Member Service Center at 301-497-7000
       or 800-787-8328.
