Tower gives you a wide choice of mortgage loans. It's smart to have your mortgage loan pre-approved—and to request a Tower Pre-Approval Letter—before you begin your search for a new home. A Tower Pre-Approval Letter shows your financing has been credit-approved, and strengthens your offer over other bidders.

Now you're ready to register with CU Realty Services* and to take advantage of our home rebate savings and all the other online services and program features. In order to receive your rebate savings, you must select a CU Realty agent.
