Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking gives you access to your Tower accounts with your cell phone or mobile device. It's like having a Tower branch at your finger tips at all times.

Mobile Banking lets you manage your money on the go. It's convenient, with anytime, anywhere access to your accounts. For example, you can review your account balances while waiting in a checkout line to see if you should use your debit card or credit card to make a purchase.

Tower gives you three ways to bank with a mobile device—Text, Web or App.

Text Banking

FREE Text Banking* is a quick and convenient way to check account balances and recent transactions with your cell phone. Your account information is just a text away—as simple as sending a text message to a friend.

What You Can Do with Text Banking

Easy-to-use Text Banking is available to all Home Banking members. Receive secure, convenient account information in seconds.

  • Check available account balances before making a purchase with your debit card.
  • Check if a deposit or transfer has posted to your account.
  • Monitor recent transactions quickly and easily.
  • Receive a low balance alert if your balance drops below a threshold you've set. Minimum amount of $50.
  • Receive a payment transaction alert when a payment is higher than a threshold you've set. Minimum amount of $100.
  • Receive a deposit transaction alert when a deposit is higher than a threshold you've set. Minimum amount of $100.
  • Transfer funds with a TRANS request. Designate one funding source, or "from" account, for the transfers. Any transfers will be made to the account you select as your Text Banking primary account.
  • Add a second phone number to your account.
How It Works

Login to Home Banking and activate your phone. Go to Account Access, click on Text Banking & Email Alerts and follow the simple steps to activate the service.

Verify your phone. You'll receive a validation code to use to complete phone setup in Home Banking.

Start texting. Send your message requests to 454545. To ensure the security and privacy of your account, Tower never sends confidential information—such as user IDs, passwords or complete account numbers—via Text Banking.

Mobile Web Banking

FREE Mobile Web Banking* connects you to your Tower accounts using an Internet-enabled mobile device anywhere you have cellular service. There is no sign-up. Just login to your Tower Home Banking account from any Internet-enabled mobile device.

What You Can Do with Mobile Web Banking

After you login, Mobile Web Banking will automatically recognize that you are using a mobile device and will display the simplified Mobile Web Banking screen, designed for viewing on your device's Web browser.

  • Access account summaries
  • Transfer money between your accounts
  • See transaction histories
  • View current rates
  • Pay bills online
  • Locate ATMs or branches
  • Make loan payments
  • View check images within your account transactions
How It Works

Mobile Web Banking is easy to use. Connect to the Internet using the browser on any Internet-enabled mobile device. Login with the same member number and password as you would for Home Banking—at towerfcu.org. Browse at faster speeds with quick and secure access to your Tower accounts. How It Works
