Never miss a loan due date. Automated Payments

Automated Payments

Preauthorized Payments

Have your regular, fixed-amount mortgage, utility, or insurance premiums paid automatically each month. Contact your mortgage, utility, or insurance company and ask if they can "originate" the transaction. If so, simply follow the company's instructions. This will guarantee that your payments will always arrive on schedule and save you time and postage.

Automatic Loan Payments

It's easy to make automatic payments to your Tower loan accounts. Set up automatic payments from your Tower deposit account or from your deposit account at another financial institution at no cost.

Payments from your Tower account

Make payments automatically with funds from your Tower checking or savings account using the following options:

  • Login to Home Banking and go to Scheduled Transfers under Account Access.
  • Sign up for direct deposit and allocate funds to be deposited into your Tower loan accounts.
  • Visit a branch or call the Member Service Center at 301-497-7000 or 800-787-8328, or contact us through E-mail Manager.
Payments from a non-Tower account

To make automatic loan payments from a non-Tower account, simply print and complete the Direct Debit Payment Authorization form. Mail the form and other requested documents to Tower or bring them to a branch.

For more transfer options, see Funds Transfer.
